Artificial teeth and whitening?
Teeth whitening only works on natural teeth. Artificial teeth, crowns fillings and other dental implants will not be affected by whitening.

Orthodontics/metal bridgework and teeth whitening?
Orthodontics on the back of the teeth is not affected by the whitening.

Yellow "natural" teeth and whitening?
Teeth whitening works excellently on so called naturally yellow teeth.

Can you whiten your teeth at night?
Yes, you can.

Smoking and tobacco use during whitening?
Cut back as much as possible during the treatment period in order to improve the result.

Can I whiten my teeth if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
No, wait until after pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Uneven/protruding teeth and whitening?
The mouth trays mould themselves around your teeth, so there are no problems.

I am under 18 years old and want to order?
Talk to your parents and order through them.

My mouth tray broke; What do I do?
E-mail our customer service and they will help you.

Sensitive gums?
Apply a thin layer of Vaseline on the gums before whitening.

Pen or mouth tray?
If you have not used whitening gel before, we recommend the mouth tray.
